Pay: $60K–$90K Salary + Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Hire, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

• Manage daily shop workflow, scheduling, and staffing
• Oversee inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

• Build strong relationships with customers
• Resolve concerns quickly and maintain customer satisfaction
• Uphold a reputation for trust, transparency, and reliability

Drive Sales & Performance

• 3+ years of automotive management or service leadership experience
