Store Manager in TrainingDelaney Tire and Auto is seeking a seasoned manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to oversee our shop operations. This role is responsible for the total health of the store—managing financial performance (P&L), ensuring top-tier safety, and driving customer retention. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, schedule, and mentor the service team.
• Consult with customers on inspections, recommendations, and pricing.
• Oversee all sales, accounting, and inventory functions.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years of store management experience.
• General automotive knowledge and strong computer/POS skills.
• Proven ability to lead, hire, and train a productive team.
• College degree or relevant coursework is a plus

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
