Pay: $60K–$90K Salary + Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional Saturdays as needed)

We are looking for a dynamic Automotive Store Manager to lead our Columbia location and help continue that tradition of excellence.

The Role

As our Automotive Store Manager, you’ll lead the entire operation—overseeing staff, customer experience, workflow, and store performance. You’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing shop where both customers and employees enjoy coming to work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Hire, train, and mentor service advisors and technicians

• Create a positive and productive work environment

• Foster accountability and professional growth

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

• Manage daily shop workflow and scheduling

• Maintain inventory, parts ordering, and vendor relationships

• Ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

• Build strong relationships with customers

• Resolve concerns and ensure every guest leaves satisfied

• Maintain a reputation for trust, transparency, and reliability

Drive Sales & Performance

• Monitor key performance metrics and shop KPIs

• Achieve revenue and profitability goals

• Optimize service opportunities while maintaining integrity

Be a Community Leader

• Represent AutoStream Car Care Center within the Columbia community

• Build partnerships and customer loyalty

• Help grow the store’s presence and reputation

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of automotive management or service leadership experience

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Experience with shop management software and operational reporting

• Ability to manage budgets, workflow, and performance metrics

• Passion for the automotive industry and delivering great service
