Automotive Service Writer Responsibilities:

• Schedule customer service appointments
• Customer service
• Ordering parts
• Ordering shop supplies & bill out accordingly
• Complete repair orders
• Assist the Service Manager and General Manager

Automotive Service Writer Requirements:

• Automotive Service Writer experience
• Automotive customer service related experience
• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass a background check
