What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Service Advisor, you will:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns like the car whisperer you are
Translate customer issues into clear repair orders for our technicians
Develop estimates for parts, labor, and time (don’t worry—we’ll train you)
Keep customers in the loop on repair status, costs, and timing
Manage warranty and service contract details like a pro
Suggest additional services based on inspections—because you care about their safety
Make people feel valued, heard, and ready to roll
Experience as a Service Advisor is a big plus (but not required)
Previous experience turning wrenches? Even better!
A love for cars and a knack for explaining things clearly
Strong customer service skills (you make people feel like VIPs)
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
