Now Hiring - Experienced Service Technician

Pay Range: $20-$50 Flat Rate Hours

Responsibilities:

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.

• Diagnose cause of malfunction.

• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.

• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.

• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures.

• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools.

• Experienced automotive technicians who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their career.

• ASE certification is a plus but not required. With a strong willingness to learn and grow is essential.

The estimated flat rate earning range for this position is $20.00 - $50.00/FRH, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
