This position offers the opportunity to lead service operations across both brands, combining the strengths of an established Toyota service business with the premium service experience expected by Volvo customers.

AN ESTABLISHED OPERATION WITH THE RESOURCES TO SUCCEED

Our 21-bay service facility is supported by experienced technicians, a shop foreman, dedicated service advisors, internal support personnel, a BDC team, and an established parts department.

You'll be joining an operation with the people, resources, and infrastructure already in place to support your leadership.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Automotive Service Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the continued success of our Toyota and Volvo service operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing service advisors, technicians, and support personnel.
• Building on an established culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer care.
• Driving service department performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Strengthening technician productivity, workflow, and repair quality.
• Maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction and manufacturer service standards.
• Partnering with shop, parts, and BDC leadership to create a seamless service experience.
• Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining talented employees.
• Identifying opportunities for continued improvement and sustainable growth.

THE LEADER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want an experienced automotive professional who understands that great leadership is about people as much as performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven automotive service management experience, preferably in a franchised dealership.
• A successful track record of developing teams and achieving departmental goals.
• Strong knowledge of fixed operations, service department KPIs, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on, positive, and accountable leadership style.
• A commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Toyota, Volvo, or multi-brand dealership experience is preferred, but we welcome accomplished leaders from other automotive franchises.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$125,000-$150,000 in Target Annual Compensation
