Spikes Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Service Manager / Service Writer Manager to lead front-of-house operations, drive sales performance, and manage service advisor execution.

This is a leadership role focused on accountability, performance, and growth.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage service advisors
  • Drive daily and monthly sales performance
  • Track and improve KPIs (gross profit, ARO, close rate, efficiency)
  • Ensure smooth communication between advisors and technicians
  • Maintain accountability across the service department
  • Improve systems, processes, and customer experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as Service Advisor or Service Manager
  • Experience in independent shop or dealership environment
  • Proven success in a $4M–$5M+ shop environment preferred
  • Strong sales ability and performance mindset
  • Deep understanding of shop metrics and financial drivers
  • Leadership experience with accountability focus

Compensation

  • Base salary + performance-based bonuses
  • Bonuses tied to gross profit and production metrics
  • Expected total compensation (OTE): $150,000+
