What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering world-class customer service
• Managing workflow in a fast-paced shop
• Writing estimates and selling needed repairs
• Ordering parts and managing repair timelines
• Handling warranty work, cores, and defects
• Managing service quality and technician communication
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
• Working closely with technicians and leadership to maximize efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Independent automotive experience required
• Proven ability to sell and build customer trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Team-first attitude
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong understanding of shop workflow and repair processes

About the Shop

Sav-Mor Automotive services a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. We average 50–75 cars per week and maintain a strong reputation throughout the Plano community.
