Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM; weekends off

Pay Type: Salary + commission

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly on Fridays

Earning Potential: $90,000+ annually

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily service department operations, workflow, and repair-order progress from intake through completion.
• Coordinate repair work based on technician skill level, shop capacity, and current workload.
• Lead, support, coach, and create accountability across the service team.
• Maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, parts, and ownership.
• Communicate with customers about repairs and recommendations and professionally address escalated concerns.
• Review estimates, repair orders, and parts needs while monitoring department productivity and sales.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve shop processes, efficiency, and workflow.
• Support team development and continued growth of the service operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive service management experience preferred.
• Independent automotive repair shop experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and automotive service workflow-management skills.
• Experience working in an all-makes/all-models repair environment.
• Familiarity with Tekmetric is a major plus; AutoVitals and digital vehicle inspection system experience are also valued.

The shop features seven bays, seven lifts, a heated shop, and heated and air-conditioned office and customer areas. The team uses Tekmetric, AutoVitals, and Autel, Topdon, and Snap-on scan tools.
