The Opportunity Bryan Easler Toyota in Hendersonville, North Carolina is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service operation. If you're currently working in Atlanta or elsewhere across the Southeast, Hendersonville offers a growing market, a beautiful mountain setting, four seasons, outdoor recreation, and a great place to build both a career and a life. We're a family-owned and operated Toyota dealership looking for a proven manager who knows how to lead people, take care of customers, and run a profitable service department. What We're Looking For We're not searching for a particular personality or management stereotype. We're looking for someone who knows the automotive service business and can lead a team effectively. · Minimum 3 years of automotive service management experience. · Proven ability to lead service advisors, technicians, and support staff. · Ability to improve productivity, efficiency, labor sales, and gross profit. · Strong customer-service judgment and a commitment to CSI. · Experience recruiting, coaching, developing, and holding employees accountable. · Strong operational discipline and comfort managing to measurable standards. · Toyota experience is a plus, but successful management experience with another major automotive brand is welcome.
