AAMCO Lexington Park is seeking an experienced Lead Service Manager / Shop Manager to take ownership of the front counter and drive shop performance. This role is ideal for a confident, decisive service professional who is comfortable selling major repairs, making pricing decisions, and leading daily operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on sales execution, decision-making, and workflow control You will not be turning wrenches, but you must be comfortable owning repair recommendations and closing high-dollar jobs.
This is a key leadership role in a busy, locally owned AAMCO center with strong growth potential. The right candidate will have authority, responsibility, and the opportunity to significantly impact shop performance.
