Service Lane Attendant

Boulevard Ford of Lewes is seeking a friendly and professional Service Lane Attendant to join our automotive team. This role is essential in providing a positive first impression for our customers and ensuring a smooth and welcoming service experience. • Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the service lane
• Assist customers with check-in and provide information about services
• Assist with parking client's vehicle while keeping the service drive clear
• Maintain a clean and organized service lane area
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a seamless service process
• Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed
• Transport clients
• Assist service advisors with daily tasks
• Ensure loaner fleet vehicles are clean at all times

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
