Performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties pertaining to the operation of an Auto Service Center. Duties and Responsibilities: Verifies tank monitoring system and orders gasoline as needed. - Acts as certified Haz Mat handler maintaining all training record keeping handling and storage as required to maintain compliance. - Prepares Daily and Monthly Worksheets for selling departments concerning sales expenses incurred and net profit obtaining information from pertinent documents processed and records maintained. - Prepares Reports of Goods Received RGR Retail Price Changes RPC chargebacks and transfers. Verifies invoices for accuracy and forwards to accounting office. - Maintains files and logs as needed. Verifies all permits required. Prepares a variety of material in final form from rough or handwritten draft. - May order and or receive merchandise. May maintain current price lists. Conducts gasoline pricing survey as required. - May open and close the Auto Center issue change funds determine cashier discrepancies and perform refunds. - May assume supervisory authority over the Auto Service Center in the absence of the Manager. - Performs other related duties as assigned

No experience required. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

This position is open to U.S. citizens who are either active duty members or family members of U.S. Military or Civilian personnel currently assigned to Spain.
