Job Description

Audi Silver Spring is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Cashier to join our award-winning dealership team.

As the final point of contact in the service experience, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every customer leaves with confidence and satisfaction. As a Service Cashier, you will help create a seamless customer experience by:

  • Greeting customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Processing customer payments for automotive services and products
  • Accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Balancing and reconciling the cash drawer daily
  • Answering customer questions regarding services performed and products purchased
  • Supporting the service department's commitment to customer satisfaction

Successful candidates will possess:

  • At least one year of cashier, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Basic Microsoft Office and computer proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
  • Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
