Job DetailsJob Location: Plattsburgh, NY 12901Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 HourlyThe Service Assistant at DELLA Mazda in Queensbury, New York is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting the Service Team with moving customer vehicles and occasional shuttle services. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, ideal for individuals with technical skills and a passion for automobiles.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Service Assistant will receive a competitive hourly rate of $16 to $19 per hour, paid weekly. This individual will also be eligible for benefits, including health insurance, vacation/sick time, and a 401k plan.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Retrieve and park vehicles in the service area and direct customers to waiting areas.
3 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment.
4. Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members.
5. Adhere to all safety and quality standards set by the dealership.
6. Assist with inventory management
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QualificationsRequirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
4. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
6. Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.
