Midas is looking to hire an Automotive Service Advisor/Assitant Manager

Looking for a motivated, hard working, and sales driven individual who will have the following job duties.

-Work closely with technicians to find automotive repair solutions
-Review technician digital inspections
-Write estimates for repairs and factory scheduled maintenance
-Sell customers automotive repairs and factory scheduled maintenance
-Manage technician schedules
-work through inventory, time and bay management, and a host of other managerial duties

Applicants must have a valid drivers licnese with less than two moving violations in the last three years. They must also have a good attitude, work well with others, and have high computer aptitude. Previous automotive experience is strongly suggested but may not be mandatory for the right candidate.

Compensation for this position ranges from $60,000-90,000 per year which is a combination of a base pay and a commission structure. Compensation is highly dependent on applicants hard work and sales abilities.
