Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000 base salary (Depending on Experience)
Pay Type: Base salary + weekly GP-based bonus

Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Ocala, FL for a well-established, family-owned independent repair shop. This role offers a $60,000-$70,000 base salary plus a weekly GP-based bonus, with stated earning potential of $75,000-$96,000+ annually. The position features a Monday-Friday schedule with no regular weekends, strong benefits, modern shop technology, and a busy, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, schedule appointments, and provide a professional first impression
- Manage the complete repair-order process from initial write-up through final vehicle delivery
- Build estimates and present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence and integrity
- Source parts and coordinate with technicians to maintain an efficient workflow
- Communicate repair status, recommendations, and updates clearly with customers by phone and text
- Review digital vehicle inspections and help customers understand repair priorities
- Maintain accurate repair orders, documentation, and workflow updates in Tekmetric
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and leadership to provide a consistent customer experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar customer-facing automotive professional
- Proven automotive service sales performance
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders and customer conversations in a fast-paced environment
- Experience preparing estimates, sourcing parts, and managing repair orders
- Professional and ethical approach to customer care and service recommendations
- Ability to take ownership of the customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000-$70,000 annual base salary (Depending on Experience)
- Weekly GP-based bonus
