Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

Pay Rate: $1,000 weekly guarantee + performance-based bonuses

Pay Type: Guaranteed base pay + bonus

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Earning Potential: Up to $85K+ Annually

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Fenton, MI for a newly opened, high-growth automotive repair location. This customer-facing sales role offers a $1,000 weekly guarantee plus performance-based bonuses of $1,000-$1,500+ per month. The shop features modern technology, ongoing training, and a team environment focused on professionalism, productivity, and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve as their primary point of contact from vehicle intake through delivery.
• Present recommended maintenance and repair services clearly and professionally.
• Address customer questions and objections while communicating the value and urgency of recommended services.
• Create and manage repair orders while maintaining clear communication between customers and technicians.
• Use Tekmetric shop management software and digital vehicle inspections (DVI) to support the service process.
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
• Support daily workflow and contribute to shop productivity.
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a professional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive shop experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Automotive Service Writer, or Automotive Counter Sales professional.
• Proven sales ability and strong objection-handling skills.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using automotive shop management systems or CRM tools.
• Comfortable working with technology in a customer-facing automotive service environment.
