Automotive Service Advisor - Up to $80k

Location: Broomfield, CO

Compensation: $52,000–$80,000+ per year

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM–5:30 PM

No Weekends

• Base pay: $1,000–$1,500 per week (based on experience)
• 2% team commission on total shop sales
• Annual earning potential: $52,000–$80,000+

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and build lasting relationships
• Prepare accurate estimates
• Communicate with customers and technicians
• Explain repair recommendations in easy-to-understand language
• Order parts and keep repairs moving efficiently
• Keep workflow organized and technicians productive
• Help oversee daily operations when needed

We use Techmetric with digital vehicle inspections to provide transparency and help customers make informed decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid automotive knowledge
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Honest, dependable, and professional

Integrity is essential. If you don't know an answer, you're expected to find the correct information rather than guess.
