Automotive Service Advisor | Up to $75K Earning Potential

Location: Helena, Montana
Schedule: Two positions available:

• One early shift
• One later shift through closing
• Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour + 2% Gross Profit (GP)
Pay Type: Hourly + Commission
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Earning Potential: $60,000-$75,000 annually

We are seeking two experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join a busy, well-established automotive repair facility in Helena, Montana. If you enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and delivering an outstanding service experience, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
• Write accurate repair estimates.
• Recommend and sell maintenance and repair services.
• Manage repair orders from vehicle check-in through delivery.
• Order parts and coordinate repairs with the service team.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates on their vehicles.
• Build long-term customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Proven sales success with a strong history of achieving high Average Repair Orders (ARO).
• Experience writing repair estimates and selling automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and shop management software.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and math skills.
• Professional, ethical, team-oriented, and committed to ongoing training.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22.00 per hour
