About Lakeshore Tire & Auto Service

Lakeshore Tire & Auto Service is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Charlevoix, MI who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping a busy shop moving.

You’ll be an important connection between the customer and the technician, helping create a smooth service experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their automotive service needs
• Document concerns and repair needs accurately
• Provide estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly
• Communicate inspection and repair information between customers and technicians
• Coordinate parts ordering and repair timelines
• Manage repair orders through vehicle delivery
• Build lasting customer relationships

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with customers and technicians
• Automotive technician experience is a strong plus
