Automotive Service Advisor - $80K–$120K - Toyota & Lexus Specialists

Location: Decatur, Georgia
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Type: Commission (100% after introductory period)
Pay Schedule: Biweekly
Earning Potential: $80,000–$120,000+ annually

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing Toyota and Lexus specialty repair facility in Decatur, Georgia This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional service experience. Join a Monday-through-Friday shop that specializes exclusively in Toyota and Lexus vehicles, offering dealership-level expertise, OEM-focused repairs, and a team-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery.
• Write accurate repair orders and prepare detailed service estimates.
• Communicate maintenance and repair recommendations in a clear, professional manner.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Order parts and manage repair timelines.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Build long-term customer relationships through honest communication and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Experience writing repair orders and service estimates.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate repairs and order parts efficiently.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Toyota, Lexus, Asian import, or dealership experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Draw plus partial commission during the first 90 days.
• Transition to a 100% commission pay plan after the introductory period.
• Expected annual earnings of $80,000–$120,000+
• Biweekly pay.
