Automotive Service Advisor | Up to $100K | No Weekends

Fox Run Automotive is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to join our award-winning shop in Bear, DE. We've been serving the community since 1994 and have grown into a modern 12-bay facility known for exceptional customer service, quality repairs, and a team-first culture.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a professional, welcoming experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle inspections and repairs
• Prepare estimates and explain recommendations clearly
• Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Follow up on recommended services and maintenance needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service from check-in through vehicle pickup
• Help drive shop productivity and sales while maintaining trust and transparency

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of sales experience
• Automotive industry knowledge
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and shop software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Desire to learn, grow, and improve professionally
