Paul Campanella's Auto Centers is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our award-winning team in Hockessin, DE. What You'll Do
As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding service experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers in person and over the phone
Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle issues
Creating repair orders and managing them from start to finish
Reviewing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers
Explaining repair recommendations and maintenance needs
Building repair estimates and securing approvals
Ordering parts and coordinating with technicians
Providing updates throughout the repair process
Maintaining accurate service records
Delivering exceptional customer service and follow-up
Helping customers understand the health and safety of their vehicles
What We're Looking For
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Automotive industry experience highly preferred
Open to candidates with strong customer service, retail sales, or automotive backgrounds
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain technical information in a simple, customer-friendly way
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using shop management software and digital tools
Growth mindset and team-first attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
