What You'll Do

• Greet customers and perform vehicle intake
• Build trust and establish long-term customer relationships
• Present estimates and repair recommendations generated by technicians
• Review and explain Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Prioritize repairs and help customers create long-term repair plans
• Obtain approvals and manage the repair process from start to finish
• Communicate updates through phone, text, and email
• Coordinate with technicians and management to keep workflow moving
• Follow up on declined work opportunities
• Deliver a professional, solution-focused customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience required
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders simultaneously
• Experience presenting estimates and closing repair recommendations
• Strong communication and follow-up habits
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
• Experience with dealer or independent repair facilities
• Familiarity with Tekmetric is a plus
• Valid driver's license required

• Consistently achieving an ARO around $1,300
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
• Building complete repair plans, not just selling today's repair
