Our service department is expanding so we need to add a Service Advisor to work with our award-winning team representing the Mercedes-Benz brand!

Our Service Advisor should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day.

• A Positive and friendly attitude.
• Customer Service Experience is a Plus!
• CDK/ADP Dealer Services Experience is an Advantage.
• Always putting the customer first
• Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
• Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
