Job Description

Honda of Greenbelt is part of Group 1 Automotive, a Fortune 250 company and one of the fastest-growing leaders in automotive retail. We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
  • Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
  • Must be available to work Monday through Saturday
  • Positive & Friendly Attitude
  • Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to achieve targeted goals
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $4,166–$6,833
