Group 1 GMC Coastal Bend is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail sales and service in the Corpus Christi area. We are growing and looking to add Quality, Experienced Automotive Service Advisors to work with our Quality Dealership representing the Quality of and GMC! Our Service Advisor should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
  • Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience (dealership preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of CDK experience is a big plus!
  • Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
  • Ability to Achieve Targeted Goals
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
