Responsibilities

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience
  • Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and accurately document concerns and service needs
  • Create detailed repair orders with clear, transparent cost and time estimates
  • Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments to prioritize work and ensure timely completion
  • Provide consistent updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and any changes to scope or cost
  • Deliver vehicles upon completion, reviewing work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong product and warranty knowledge to confidently guide customers through service recommendations
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals; (automotive experience preferred but not required)
  • Strong understanding of dealership processes and full write-up-to-delivery workflow
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced service drive
  • Confident presenting maintenance and repair recommendations to clients
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering high CSI
  • Highly organized with ability to manage WIP and follow-ups effectively
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
