Automotive Service Advisor | Earning up to $70k/Year

Location: Selma, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24–$35 per hour
Pay Type: Hourly
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: Up to $70,000 annually

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Selma, TX. If you enjoy building relationships with customers, managing workflow, and helping deliver an outstanding service experience, this is a great opportunity to join a well-equipped, professional repair shop.

Our shop specializes in domestic vehicles and utilizes Tekmetric for both shop management and digital vehicle inspections.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Write accurate repair estimates
• Recommend needed maintenance and repair services
• Review digital vehicle inspections with customers
• Order parts as needed for repairs
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily workflow
• Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs stay on schedule
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions professionally
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of automotive service advisor experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience writing estimates and selling automotive services
• Ability to review vehicle inspections with customers
• Comfortable using computers and phone systems
• Strong organizational and workflow management skills
• Experience with Tekmetric is a plus
