Automotive Service Advisor | Earning up to $120k/ Year

Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM

Pay Rate: $31/hour base + Production Bonus

Pay Type: Hybrid (Hourly + Production Bonus)

Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly

Earning Potential: $70,000-$120,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy, high-performing automotive repair facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. This Monday through Friday position offers a $31/hour base wage plus production bonuses, with earning potential between $70,000 and $120,000 annually If you're passionate about customer service and enjoy helping customers understand their vehicle's needs, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers in person and over the phone.
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Create and manage repair orders from start to finish.
• Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers.
• Explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs clearly.
• Build repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate repairs between customers and technicians.
• Order parts and monitor repair progress.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to explain technical information in a customer-friendly manner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using shop management software and digital tools.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
