Experienced Automotive Service Advisor – Earn Up to $100,000/Year

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–6:00 PM

Compensation

• Weekly Base Pay: $1,200–$1,400
• Commission Program
• Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Create accurate repair estimates and service recommendations
• Order parts and coordinate repairs efficiently
• Communicate vehicle needs, repair timelines, and recommendations clearly to customers
• Manage workflow and scheduling in a high-volume shop environment
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle check-in through delivery
• Build long-term customer relationships through trust and professionalism
• Participate in weekly sales training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• Minimum 3 years of Service Advisor experience in an independent repair shop
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong computer skills, typing proficiency, and professional email etiquette
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Commitment to ethical service and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Tekmetric
• Passion for the automotive repair industry
• Willingness to participate in ongoing sales and customer service training
