Automotive Service Advisor | $85K+ | No Weekends

Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am AM-5:30 PM; no weekends
Pay Type: 100% commission
Earning Potential: Approximately $85,000+; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a busy independent repair shop in Orlando, FL. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience from check-in through completion and follow-up.
• Present estimates, service recommendations, and repair updates clearly.
• Proactively follow up with customers and secure service approvals.
• Coordinate workflow with technicians and parts staff.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive service.
• Use Tekmetric and digital inspection tools to manage workflow.
• Contribute to individual and team performance goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Experience in a high-volume automotive repair environment.
• Strong communication, follow-through, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Growth mindset with an interest in long-term team success.
• Tekmetric experience preferred; ShopFix familiarity is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• 100% commission: 9% personal gross profit plus 1% shared on team gross profit.
• Additional 1% shared on team gross profit bonus opportunity when all advisors meet KPIs.
• Estimated earnings of approximately $85,000+/year; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
• Paid onboarding at $1,200/week for up to 60 days.
