Automotive Service Advisor – $80K–$120K+ – No Weekends

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000+ annually
Pay Plan: Draw + partial commission for first 90 days, then 100% commission
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Promotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a highly respected Toyota and Lexus specialty repair shop in Alpharetta, GA. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the automotive service and repair process
• Write accurate repair orders and estimates using ShopWare or similar shop management software
• Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to maintain efficient workflow
• Upsell maintenance services and repair recommendations based on inspections and mileage
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process with proactive communication
• Maintain an organized, professional, and customer-friendly front office environment
• Deliver a high-level customer experience built on trust, transparency, and consistency

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
• Toyota or Lexus service experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-car-count environment
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Experience using ShopWare or similar automotive shop management systems preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair terminology
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
