Location: Medfield, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + GP Bonus Structure

Promotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for a highly respected, family-owned repair shop in Medfield, MA. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
• Create accurate repair estimates and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs
• Sell automotive maintenance and repair services while helping customers prioritize vehicle needs
• Source and coordinate parts for repairs and scheduled services
• Communicate effectively with technicians throughout the repair process
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely customer updates
• Maintain accurate records using shop management and digital vehicle inspection software
• Help drive shop performance through strong sales, customer retention, and follow-up

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer
• Strong sales ability with outstanding customer communication skills
• Automotive repair knowledge and estimating experience preferred
• Ability to confidently and ethically recommend maintenance and repair services
• Experience in an independent repair shop or dealership environment
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
