About Stuttgart Motors

Stuttgart Motors is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join its established European-focused repair shop. This role offers approximately $52,000 in annual salary with a Monday-Friday schedule and weekly pay Previous Service Advisor experience is not required, making this an opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills to learn the automotive side of the business. The shop offers paid training, modern shop management technology, and opportunities to learn and grow in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, manage vehicle check-in, and document customer concerns
• Write and manage repair orders from check-in through completion
• Create and present repair estimates and explain maintenance and repair recommendations
• Obtain customer authorization for approved repairs and services
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process by phone, text, and email
• Coordinate with technicians to communicate repair status and additional recommendations
• Present additional recommended services when appropriate and follow up with customers as needed
• Maintain organized repair orders, customer information, and workflow

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and comfort communicating directly with customers
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Clear, professional communication by phone, text, and email
• Ability to confidently explain information and recommendations to customers
• Dependable work habits and willingness to learn
• Previous Automotive Service Advisor or automotive experience is a plus but not required
• Customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, automotive, or another service environment is welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• Approximately $52,000 annual salary
