We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at DELLA Auto Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and serving as a liaison between customers and our service department. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary in the Auto industry.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs
• Communicate with technicians and update customers on the status of their vehicles
• Review and explain service recommendations and cost estimates to customers
• Provide accurate quotes and obtain customer authorization for repairs or services
• Monitor and manage repair orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of customer service and handle any customer concerns or complaints
• Keep track of service department inventory and order necessary parts
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
• Continuously improve knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trendsQualificationsRequirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in Automotive Technology is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the Auto industry
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of automotive systems and technology
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
