Automotive Service Advisor

Kansas City Hyundai is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Merriam, Kansas. In this role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service while helping coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly service experience
• Listen carefully to customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs
• Clearly explain service recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate repair orders from start to finish
• Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and help build long-term customer relationships

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service, a dealership environment, or customer service preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service abilities
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
