We’re looking for a high-performing Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional ownership experience.

In this role, you’ll be the face of our service drive, acting as the trusted liaison between our customers and certified technicians. You’ll play a critical role in driving both customer satisfaction and service department success by providing transparent communication, expert recommendations, and a seamless service experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues and repair needs
  • Provide clear recommendations for maintenance and repairs based on technician findings
  • Prepare and present detailed repair estimates, including costs and timelines
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding service progress and updates
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely completion of work
  • Upsell additional services or maintenance when appropriate, based on customer needs
  • Review completed work orders with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with dealership processes

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance services
  • Sales-minded approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
