Pay Type: Salary + commission

About Martin's Auto Service

Martin's Auto Service is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Landisburg, PA, with $40,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential through a salary + commission compensation plan.

This independent, appointment-based repair shop averages approximately 15 vehicles per day and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

The Service Advisor plays a key role in customer communication, repair sales, and shop workflow while working with an engaged owner and technician team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional automotive service experience
• Build estimates and present repair and maintenance recommendations
• Communicate repair updates and vehicle service needs to customers
• Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians
• Order parts and support efficient shop operations
• Help achieve monthly sales goals through effective customer communication and estimate presentation
• Process customer payments accurately
• Support overall shop productivity and daily workflow

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Experience using automotive shop management software
• Comfortable presenting repair estimates and recommending maintenance services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced shop environment
• Independent repair shop, franchise, or dealership experience is welcome
