We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at DELLA Auto Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and serving as a liaison between customers and our service department. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary in the Auto industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs
- Communicate with technicians and update customers on the status of their vehicles
- Review and explain service recommendations and cost estimates to customers
- Provide accurate quotes and obtain customer authorization for repairs or services
- Monitor and manage repair orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of customer service and handle any customer concerns or complaints
- Keep track of service department inventory and order necessary parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Continuously improve knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends
QualificationsRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in Automotive Technology is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the Auto industry
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of automotive systems and technology
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
