Automotive Service Advisor (2 Openings)
Location: Joplin, MO
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: 100% Commission
Earning Potential: $55,000 – $100,000+ (based on productivity)

We are seeking 2 experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in sales, customer service, and shop operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience (independent shop preferred)
• Strong sales and closing skills with a proven high ARO (Average Repair Order)
• Experience writing estimates and selling services
• Ability to review estimates and order parts
• Familiar with cores and defects
• Experience setting appointments and managing workflow
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, ethical, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong math skills for accurate pricing and estimating
• Reliable transportation
• Open to ongoing training and growth

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
• Write service estimates and work orders
• Order parts efficiently and accurately
• Maintain consistent customer follow-up
• Drive revenue through upselling necessary services
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
