Automotive Service Advisor
Location: Lawrence, KS
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 salary

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Lawrence, Kansas This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and confident in both customer communication and sales. The Service Advisor will help customers understand their vehicle needs, prepare estimates, recommend services, coordinate parts orders, and support an efficient shop workflow. This position will also involve working at two locations that are one mile apart.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an excellent service experience
• Write estimates and present service recommendations
• Shuttle vehicles as needed
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians
• Order parts and help manage workflow efficiently
• Maintain accurate and organized repair orders

Qualifications

• 3+ years service advising experience at an independent shop
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Experience writing estimates and selling services
• Professional, organized, and team-oriented
• Clean, professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Automotive service advising experience preferred
