Help promote the Midas name and services, analyze vehicle service needs, effectively communicate those needs to the customer; and ensure that quality services are performed on the vehicle in a timely yet thorough manner.
They also ensure the shop maintains a high professional image.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet Customers.
- Write estimates, and suggest services to the customer.
- Superior ability to positively relate and communicate with customers, including outstanding telephone skills.
- Some Mathematical skills are necessary for creation of estimates and billing.
- Ability to make fair and honest recommendations to customers of needed repairs and potential problem areas.

Additional responsibilities:
- You will check vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
- Write estimates for parts and labor, review suggested services with customers.
- Sell Maintenance, Brakes, Tires, Alignments and more. We are full service shop.
- Build a great rapport and relationship with customers so they continually return for their service needs.
- Oversee work done by tech by reviewing inspection forms and tech notes for suggested services.

We are a destination for Tires, Brakes, Oil Change and all the maintenance and repair. If you have worked at Big o Tires, Wheel Works, Firestone, Pep Boys, Sears Auto, Goodyear or other tire outlet, that is a plus.

Automotive Service Writer Advisor Skills and Qualifications:
Estimating, Product Knowledge, Customer Service, Problem Solving

All Candidates:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Must have Clean and Valid driver's license in good standing
Candidates must have good communication skills and can work well with others and must be Punctual and reliable, Self-Motivated, Focused on Quality, willing and able to work hard and efficiently.
