Automotive Service Advisor (Independent Shop Experience Required)

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are a well-established, family-oriented automotive repair shop in Orland Park looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a positive, team-driven environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
• Write accurate estimates and recommend needed services
• Order parts and coordinate with technicians
• Manage repair orders from start to finish
• Communicate clearly with customers via phone, text, and in person
• Prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of service advisor experience (independent shop preferred)
• Strong ability to write estimates and order parts
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Customer-service driven mindset
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable using shop software and computers
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional, positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

Compensation

• Base Pay: $1,000 – $1,250 per week
• Commission: 1–2% of sales
• On-Target Earnings: $75,000 – $90,000 annually
