Pay: Approximately $60,000 base plus commission

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Accurate Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Northglenn, CO, offering approximately $60,000 base salary plus commission with $100,000–$150,000 annual earning potential. This Monday–Friday opportunity is designed for an experienced advisor who can manage a busy front counter, build customer trust, and maintain strong sales in a fast-paced independent repair shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build trust throughout the service process
• Prepare estimates and sell recommended automotive services
• Communicate with technicians and manage workflow
• Order parts and monitor job progress
• Keep the front counter organized and efficient
• Maintain strong average repair order performance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 5+ years of independent repair shop Service Advisor experience
• Strong automotive sales and communication skills
• Organized, professional, and efficient work style
• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with performance expectations
• Strong phone, computer, and math skills
• Valid driver’s license
• College degree preferred
