Automotive Service Advisor – $100K–$150K

Accurate Automotive is growing fast and needs a sharp, organized Service Advisor who can handle volume, build trust with customers, and drive strong ARO.

This is not a beginner role — we’re looking for someone who knows how to run the front and keep the shop moving.

• One advisor per ~30 cars/week
• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)

About the Shop

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and build trust quickly
• Write estimates and sell recommended work
• Communicate with technicians and manage workflow
• Order parts and track job progress
• Maintain organization in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in independent repair shop service advising
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Organized, professional, and efficient
• Comfortable with high volume and expectations
• College degree preferred
• Strong phone, computer, and math skills
• Valid driver’s license

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:45 AM – 5:45 PM
• No weekends
