The Gurley Leep Automotive Family is a family-owned business with 22 dealerships across five states, including Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, and Illinois, employing over 1,300 team members.
Our story began in 1967, when Mike Leep Sr. started as a car salesman at Highland Dodge. Driven by determination and a passion for the automotive industry, Mike quickly rose through the ranks and realized his dream of becoming a dealer in 1974 when he acquired Highland Dodge. Together with his former business partner, Van Gurley, Mike expanded the business to South Bend, IN, in 1977, acquiring the Buick store downtown. This marked the beginning of what has become one of the largest and most respected automotive groups in the Midwest.
