• Conduct test drives and answer customer questions.
• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.
• Maintain consistent customer follow-up using our CRM system.
• Work closely with management to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Develop strong product knowledge of Hyundai and pre-owned vehicles.
• Meet dealership sales objectives and customer satisfaction standards.
• Build lasting customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
